Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return: items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Intimate or sanitary items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, bodysuits) if the hygiene seal is removed or the item has been tried on directly
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfumes, deodorant, or damage not caused by us
  • Gift cards / store credit vouchers
  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, contact us before sending it back.

Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.

Important: Shipping fees (including any express delivery fees) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, or item damaged in transit).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider (it may take some time before the refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Exchanges

We exchange items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability), email us at info@divagirls.uk with your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@divagirls.uk and include your order number and clear photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue store credit for the value of the returned item (once received and inspected). If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping returns

To request a return, email us first at info@divagirls.uk. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective/damaged item). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
